The Work:

  • Kick-start your career in our Technology Development Program to learn the latest technical skills.

  • Learn first-hand how we help the federal government develop and implement their tech strategy, as well as how we manage our business to help maximize business outcomes for both our clients and Accenture.

  • Work with a diverse group of people across many different technologies.

  • Connect with your teammates to design and develop new technology product features.

  • Bridge the gap between technology and business by using your analytical expertise.

  • Develop front end solutions to design, develop, test and implement software.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to help deliver value.

  • Manage deadlines diligently, working with your team to achieve project milestones.

  • Support project management by reporting issues, risks, and status, and by assisting with financial activities as needed

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (with a graduation date between December 2023 – May 2025) OR 4 Years of Prior Active Military Service

  • Degree Type/Major: All majors considered

  • Must be US citizen or permanent resident

  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required

  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical, and Problem Solving Skills

  • Located in /Must be open to relocate to Arlington, VA, St. Louis, MO, and San Antonio, TX.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in application design using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, etc.

  • Exposure to programming, any language of choice

  • Experience with software configuration (Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.) or eCommerce platform configuration (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)

  • Exposure to systems with Appian, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Pega, or PeopleSoft components

  • Exposure to Agile methods and tools, such as Jira

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$55,500—$105,700 USD
