Accenture Engineering & Manufacturing Value Chain Consulting Manager in Irving, Texas

Engineering & Manufacturing Value Chain Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Engineering & Manufacturing Value Chain Consulting Manager in Irving, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Design and develop product requirements and support global requirements by reviewing overall architecture and correlation of common functions.

  • Assist with managing and conducting product evaluations in various environments for each phase through to product launch, ensuring quality of the product.

  • Support program management activities, including setting up and moderating product or project processes, master plans, and project timelines.

  • Develop, document, and revise operational guidelines, test procedures, and quality standards.

  • Provide support to technical experts in leading field issues and conduct root cause analysis to assist with issue resolution.

  • Provide project reports to management and leadership, conduct risk assessments, and raise any identified risks.

  • Assist clients in planning, resourcing, and budgeting based on project tasks.

  • Assist clients in change management within the project, identify change impact, and determine impact to stakeholders and to the overall project.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Planning, developing, and implementing project or product requirements, including providing presentations and status reports to leadership and development teams;

  • Utilizing project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office;

  • Managing the quality of scope and deliverables on firmware, software, and hardware delivery from Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendor partners;

  • Managing in-car Telematics Hardware Product specification development, integration, and validation; and

  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to develop and implement IoT products across multiple regions.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
