Accenture Quality Engineering Architecture Manager in Hartford, Connecticut

Quality Engineering Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Hartford, CT): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Architecture Manager in Hartford, CT, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, project milestones, budget, and contingency planning.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure development teams are practicing Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and a collaborative team environment to increase productivity.

  • Manage the backlog and ensure it is properly prioritized, sized, and track work progress.

  • Remove any roadblocks or impediments that prevent the team from meetings their commitments.

  • Manage small to large-scale projects through sprints/iterations, and assist the Business Data Analyst (BDA) or Product Owner in breaking down the project into user stories.

  • Manage the onboarding, staffing, and offboarding for project resources.

  • Ensure the project financials are in line with the commitments. Highlight any risks and issues to the Leadership team.

  • Reporting project status in a timely fashion to the project Leadership and the client.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Developing delivery framework using Selenium, Java, APIs, or Behavior Driven Development;

  • Using Rally dashboards and conducting Scrum ceremonies as part of the Agile methodology;

  • Developing software using Agile methodologies with a focus on designing business solutions;

  • Coordinating testing and test artifacts for the following testing phases: SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing phases;

  • Supporting implementations for testing new solutions and enhancements with different methodologies, including Scrum-Fall, Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall; and

  • Managing projects, creating project plans and estimates, handling project risks and issues, and providing project status to the client and internal stakeholders.

Must have 3 years of experience negotiating with client stakeholders and influencing stakeholders of the project at all levels of the organization to get consensus on the project timelines and milestones.

Must have 2 years of experience delivering Identity Access Management projects using the ForgeRock platform.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
