Accenture Workday Certified Talent & Performance Lead - Northeast in Florham Park, New Jersey

As a Workday Talent/Performance Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
Here’s what you need:
Existing and up to date Workday Talent/Performance Partner Certification
3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
2+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership role
Experience managing teams of 1+ persons
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:
4+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functional areas
Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,200 $148,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
