Rapidly design new experiences, products and capabilities at the intersection of Travel, Retail, Health and other applicable industries
Assist clients with industry shifts taking place within the competitive marketplace – inclusive of new market entrants, evolving experiences, products or implementation capabilities
Help clients achieve long-term success by drawing up practical road maps that help clients carry out strategy, manage change, monitor and gauge processes, and rectify issues if needed
Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
Identify opportunities, and provider leadership in getting them closed.
Identify opportunities for extension, cross-sell or up-sell of sold deals
Lead team(s) of Travel and other Accenture group practitioners, and build highly successful and efficient teams
Coach and develop junior team members towards more responsibility and enhanced roles
Become a thought leader that is recognized within the Industry and keep deepening your prowess in Travel strategy, industry solutions, and industry convergence across Travel, Retail and Health
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a sales, marketing, product, operations or commercial strategy role in one or more of the Travel sub-industries (Aviation, Hospitality, Cruise Line, Car Rental or Facility Services) or in a converging industry (like Retail)
Responsibility for two or more of the following:
Making strategic recommendations (or decisions) for critical experiences, products or services of the organization
Managing a P&L or a pipeline of business development opportunities
Working on multiple products or deals at the same time
Providing enterprise level technology advisory to executive leadership
Ability to build Business Cases that are the basis for large enterprise wide initiatives
Being able in a compelling way to tell the story of a large change or transformation to an executive audience
Bringing an existing network of relationships within the Travel industry at decision making levels ( Director or up)
Bonus Points if:
Bringing one or more of below experiences:
Professional experience (> 2 years) in Travel Marketing or Loyalty
Professional experience (> 2 years) in Travel B2B Sales process and technology
Professional experience (> 2 years) in Aviation Operations and/or Labor
Professional experience (> 2 years) in Aviation IT Systems / Architecture
Professional experience (> 2 years) in Hotel Operations
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
