The Transformation Delivery Lead will partner with our clients as we stand-up new services – leading a new operating model and embedding ways of working. You will be accountable for delivering on scaled solutions that may span across content, campaign, performance marketing, media, and analytics. You’ll lead teams to deliver carefully crafted strategic solutions and will work with our clients and teams to cement new ways of working with their digital platforms and services.

The Work:

  • Contribute to the design of new operating models and scaled services for our clients, leveraging your delivery background to identify solutions for complexity and initial roll-out and adoption

  • Set the strategic direction and establish near-term goals for the delivery of scalable solutions

  • Stand up and roll-out transformational changes, partnering with cross-functional teams to mobilize new services, platforms, and process

  • Lead and navigate complex, multi-party client relationships at both the management and executive levels

  • Manage largescale teams, both on and offshore, to bring operational excellence to client delivery

  • Manage financial health, including scope, budget, pricing, forecast and solution economics

  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Manage risk and issues, decision-make, and successfully implement change

  • Navigate across the organization to bring the best of Accenture for our clients. Be able to negotiate and influence on significant requirements for successful delivery

  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy and operations to develop and implement plans and approaches. Enable client teams to operate in a “new way of working”

  • Have an innovative and transformation mindset to continue to optimize process, increase client value, and identify additional opportunities for growth and efficiencies

  • Partner on sales opportunities to bring transformative meaningful solutions to our clients

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ marketing / marketing operations experience in a consulting, professional services or large-scale digital agency or business

  • 8+ years in a leadership capacity delivering solutions and services that improve and grow business outcomes while successfully achieving target financial and timeline goals

  • 5+ years of experience defining and executing on process and operational design solutions in a business environment, focusing on developing large-scale global solutions for Fortune 500 clients

  • 5+ years of experience leading large teams, with offshore experience and managing program financials

  • Minimum of 10 years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a pro-active leader in complex organizations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Bonus Points If:

  • Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to identify opportunities and architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner

  • Expert in project management and delivery, working with on and offshore teams

  • Subject matter expert in integrated marketing operations and processes with expertise in delivering and understanding nuances of scaled services in one or more core areas of focus (content, campaign, performance marketing, media, analytics)

  • Direct client interaction, as well as work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Proven experience implementing, and managing operational change

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing process and rolling out new organizational capabilities / teams to generate improved business results

  • Experience of key business performance metrics and KPIs. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,000 and information on benefits offered is here. (
