Job Description

The Third Party Liability(TPL) Operations Consultant will be responsible for driving and promoting seamless delivery for TPL including through integration of rigorous operational methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to develop business requirements.

  • Work with stakeholders establishing knowledge necessary to develop, deploy, and maintain business rules to drive successful outcome of process improvements, core business changes, and change management within the operational area.

  • Work with various teams to close gaps in process improvement projects and core business development.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan and document progress against major milestones, important accomplishments, and cross functional performance.

  • End to End delivery of project improvement initiatives from scoping and requirements through deployment. (e.g. gather requirements, build, test)

  • Requirement analysis and management to ensure business needs are addressed by the TPL business processes and system applications.

  • Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner

  • Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc.

  • Ensure that internal and external project resources with appropriate skill sets are provided

  • Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level

  • Ensure resolution of cross segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts

  • Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency

  • Any other duties as assigned

Key Skill Sets

  • Capable of analyzing existing processes end to end, perform gap analysis and recommend process redesign and or alternative solutions.

  • Proven success utilizing project management skillset driving to successful outcomes and understanding lessons learned and ability to apply to future projects.

  • Ability to approach and resolve issues using a data driven foundation.

  • Experienced creating process flow diagrams

  • Aptitude for applying fundamental business principles in project environment to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and competitive advantage

  • Proactive, self-starter and quick learner

  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle and agile operational processes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, dynamic and matrixed environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of (TPL) Third Party Liability experience

  • minimum of 2 years of (EDI ) Electronic Data Interchange experience

  • Minimum of 3 of years health care claims processing experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of client relationship management experience

Preferred Skills

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • Two 2 year experience in Metrics Driven Process Improvement Preferred

  • Analysis and Continuous Improvement within Delivery Operations

  • Proven experience in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project

  • Comfortable working with medium to large data sets and performing basic statistical analysis and trend analysis, as well as basic forecasting and modeling

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $108,399 and information on benefits offered is here. (
