You are high energy and have a passion for solving complex problems and driving at speed to value. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have helped drive growth in undefined, new product areas. You are constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. As a strategist, you are an expert at defining the future state of the industry and developing a path to enable our clients to get there. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. You are flexible and adaptable to client’s needs and the ever-changing industry and broader business landscape. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.
Lead teams to deliver world-class business strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients in our Software & Platform Strategy practice.
Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
Lead project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.
Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes.
Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
Fortify Accenture’s Strategy practice and role as a thought leader by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external
Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and groom them for more responsibility

Here’s What You Need:
A Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Internet, Software, Platforms, and Media industry
Minimum of 2 years of experience at a consulting firm
Strong client communication skills
A proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements
Bonus Points if:
You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Have worked in product, marketing, or strategy role at a leading technology company or venture capital firm
Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
