Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to properly define needs
Understand the fundamentals of rapid prototyping and configure solutions to quickly demonstrate client needs in the form of a technology solution
Understand CRM requirements and identify product requirements for future enhancements.
Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation.
Creatively apply the 80/20 rule in software development, following a Salesforce (out-of-the-box)-first mindset over custom solutions
Support the development of a strategic vision for project (product development, enhancements, etc.) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption
Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact
Manage expectations with clients, Accenture colleagues, as well as SFDC and other 3rd parties - i.e., be able to influence and guide towards successful outcomes
Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
Participate in project status meetings, as requested by the Delivery Lead/Project Manager
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. When/if travel resumes, travel for this role is expected to be 50% or less.

Here’s What You Need
A m inimum of 2 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery and business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
A m inimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com
Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree , must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If
You have experience operating in an Agile or SAFe Agile delivery environment working with an issue and project management platform ( i.e. JIRA)
You have prior telecommunications experience in the areas of sales, marketing, product management, IT, operations, or customer support
You hold one or more telecommunications-oriented certifications ( i.e. TMforum , Salesforce Industries CPQ, Vlocity Communications Consultant) and/or one or more complimentary Salesforce certifications ( i.e. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant)
You have experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage the distribution of system functional or process changes.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
