Operations is one of four services–the others are Accenture Song, Technology and Strategy & Consulting.

The NA Technology Recruiting Senior Manager works closely with NA Technology Business, Operations, and HR leadership to support the NA Technology Talent Strategy. The NA Technology Recruiting Lead is accountable for the overall execution of recruitment activities for one or multiple Market Units, Platforms, Skills, or Business Groups. This position directs and balances workloads across Technology recruiters, including contract recruiters. The NA Technology Recruiting Manager assigns the recruiter resources to demand and is ultimately accountable for ensuring their team delivers within budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality. They are also responsible for ensuring the team achieves the Technology I&D Recruiting targets across all pillars. This role works closely with the Technology Recruiting Lead and other Technology Recruiting Managers to ensure workload balancing across teams to support the effective delivery of the overall NA Technology recruiting plans. The role partners closely with the Campus Recruiting team to monitor the progress and ensure delivery of our entry level Technology recruiting plans. This role serves as the contact for their US Technology business leadership for issue resolution and serves as the first-level escalation point to resolve recruiting issues. In addition, may provide strategic guidance to recruiters on recruiting skills assessment, negotiation, selling, client management, compensation, processes and tools specific to Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop skill-based 'Sourcing Strategy' and work with recruiters and sourcing team on execution of the strategy

  • Ensure recruiting plan is delivered for Market Unit, Skill, Platform, and/or Business Group

  • Meet regularly with Tech stakeholders and HR on recruiting plans, progress, risk areas, diversity results, and budget needed for recommended actions

  • Liaison to business on NA Recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing, and recruiting investments

  • Provide group specific Technology recruiting reports as necessary

  • Monitor recruiter productivity and manage performance of the team, including promotions, improvement plans, and other performance related activities

  • Partner closely with HR team on supply/demand, recruiting targets, etc.

  • Train and mentor new employees

  • Actively participate in community and local office initiatives

  • Travel as business need requires

    * Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the US as long as primary residence is located within 90 miles of a corporate office.

    Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 16 years of professional experience. If Associates degree, 8 years of previous experience

    Preferred Qualifications

  • People development

  • Consulting experience

    As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
