Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

We are seeking a Principal level consultant to join our growing Accenture Real Estate Workplace Solutions (REWS) Consulting team. This Principal position will play a key role on large corporate real estate consulting engagements responsible for the oversight and execution of real estate digital transformation initiatives. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams within Accenture and our clients to help clients adopt new practices and operating models that embrace technology and digital solutions.

Job Description:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, a typical day might include:

  • Leading real estate clients through all phases of the digital transformation journey, from vision-setting to solution deployment to operations

  • Interfacing with clients and ecosystem partners to architect solutions that break new ground in terms of functionality and value-realization

  • Help clients to simplify and improve their operations by analyzing as-is processes and creating technology solutions that support the client’s business drivers

  • Leading work on systems integration and operating model change initiatives, including providing oversight in developing solution requirements

  • Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language

  • Support client workshops to determine problem statements and to ideate on possible solutions

  • Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change

  • Providing support to the client teams undergoing change initiatives

  • Manage a virtual global team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects

Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years combined corporate real estate and real estate transformation consulting or industry experience including real estate workplace and/or facilities management experience (e.g., service delivery, outsourcing strategy, management and governance)

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in digital solution delivery, especially in delivering life-cycle engagements related to real estate digital transformation for large organizations

  • Experience in developing business cases to support investment decisions, and implementing solutions in a manager role

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Experience with agile/hybrid methodologies

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.

    Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced degree or Certification in Business / Real Estate (i.e. MCR, MBA, CCIM, PMP, etc.

  • Consulting and Industry Experience in CRE function or with CRE Owner or Service Provider

  • Knowledge of Real Estate IWMS systems and other real estate technology platform

  • General knowledge of FASB Real Estate Accounting Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of Consulting / Client Relationship Management experience

  • Extensive knowledge of Real Estate Capital & Op Ex Planning processes

  • Minimum of 3- 5 years leading project teams and managing CRE organizational transformation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex data sets with an intuitive sense of financial and operational implications. Strong Business Case development skillset.

    As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880-$227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
