The Global People Analytics (GPA) team is made up of over 300 analytics, reporting, solution architecture, product owner, development, data science, and change management/training professionals around the world whose mission is to provide Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. About this Role

Our Business Architecture people navigate our most complex challenges in the areas of data, analytics, platforms, technology, integrations and many others. Our Business Architecture people effectively balance the needs of our business stakeholders with the capabilities of our technology partners to steer and guide us toward the optimal solutions. This role is focused on our Recruiting portfolios, which handle the largest components of the overall people analytics portfolio.

Reports to: Business Architecture Portfolio Lead

Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list)

  • Provide functional and technical expertise in the area of reporting and analytics solutions in coordination with other members of the project team.

  • Proactively involve in reporting/data escalations; work with respective partners to recommend appropriate sustainable, scalable, and long term solutions.

  • Translate business needs and requirements into functional and technical specifications—and ensures the final solution meets the requirements and aligns to standards.

  • Create and maintain effective standards and governance for reporting architecture.

  • Understand and apply industry best practices to drive the development of the most effective and optimal solution for the need.

  • Think critically and creatively to brainstorm additional reporting solutions that are relevant, scalable, and fit-for-purpose.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience (minimum 4 years) experience with HR systems, data and reporting metrics across a Global spectrum

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience (or equivalent training/education) in roles requiring a balance of business/functional and technical skills and knowledge.

  • Experience leading or supporting project / solution development with a focus on the solution engineering or architecting aspects of the project.

  • Experience working on complex problems with multiple options for solutions.

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications suitable for development.

  • Skilled in report development (Reporting Services, Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

  • Exposure to Workday reporting would be a plus.

Professional Skills:

  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and complex requirements to recommend relevant and suitable solutions.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize/select suitable solutions.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $ 96,600 to $120,199 and information on benefits offered is here. (
