Accenture Manager, Mergers & Acquisition Sales Support Advisory (Remote) in Florham Park, New Jersey

Sales & Pricing Performance (S&PP) provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience.

  • Position is 100% Remote. Occasional domestic/international travel opportunities to meet clients/Senior Executives according to business needs

The Work:

This position is primarily a sales support role that advises on M&A Delivery. Customer facing experience delivering M&A consulting projects is the type of “M&A Delivery” experience needed for this role to be an effective advisor to the Sales team. This role is also responsible for creating winning proposals to sell Accenture’s M&A offerings, which range from target screening, due diligence, merger integration and carve outs/divestitures.

  • Manage relationships with M&A North America service/industry/function leadership, ideally serving as the first call the deal teams make when they need sales support

  • Support Topic Advisors to qualify leads and create winning proposals for M&A

  • Work with M&A leadership to help target and deliver active origination for deals

  • Conduct research to identify qualified sales leads for a M&A North American service/industry/function

  • Lead and collaborates with deal teams through storyboarding sessions to align on the right response and messaging for pursuits, and in developing first conversation, proposal, and oral presentation materials

  • Work with Offering Development to maintains a repository of the latest sales assets (e.g., credentials, proposals, resumes, etc.) for a North American service/industry/function

  • Connect with internal organizations (e.g., OD, HR, Research, Knowledge, etc.) to drive synergy across pursuit support efforts and sales materials development

  • Help build and maintain practitioner community playbook

Here’s What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and/or leading merger integration or divestitures or delivering/selling M&A consulting projects/services within a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role in a major corporation

  • Flexibility to mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit (MUs) or according to business needs

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in Professional Services, Proposal Development/Proposal Management, Project Planning, Project Management or Project Execution

  • Experience working on both operational and strategic projects

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, framing, designing and executing solutions for challenging business situations

  • Successful track record working effectively in a virtual work environment

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $90,900 - $153,299 and information on benefits offered is here. If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
