The Mobilization Specialist is a leader in cloud enabled managed services through digital channels, leveraging process automation, data insights & AI to increase customer service and reduce costs. The Mobilization Specialist will oversee key projects, both internal and external customer projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. The Mobilization Specialist will oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing project progress and will prepare reports for management regarding status of project.

Responsibilities:

  • Service primary point of contact with the client and their team members on implementation of project.

  • Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure delivery of all projects, within scope and within budget.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor, track project status, and provide timely updates.

  • Manage and record changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Measure project performance with appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Follow up with project team members to ensure deliverables are on time and in scope.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Project and/or Program Management experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of client service delivery and/or outsourcing experience.

  • Minimum 3 year of Agile and/or SCRUM experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluency in English.

  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands effectively.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project, MS PowerPoint & MS Visio.

  • Experience in Supply Chain domain.

  • Fair understanding of Digital Platforms.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication and critical thinking skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in appropriate field of study.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Cross functional collaboration.

  • Ability to work with matrix leadership.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
