Accenture Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant in Arlington, Virginia

The Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant will work closely with clients to implement and optimize AJO campaigns and workflows. This role requires deep understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer's capabilities in orchestrating omnichannel customer journeys, leveraging real-time customer data, and delivering personalized experiences. Candidate should be familiar with AJO's integration with Adobe Experience Platform for unified customer profiles and audience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AJO campaigns and customer journeys based on client requirements

  • Configure and test AJO workflows to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and messaging

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AJO with other marketing technologies

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AJO campaigns

  • Create documentation for AJO implementations and best practices

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AJO features and capabilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar marketing automation platforms

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a track record of managing at least 5 successful campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with agile development cycles

  • Proficiency in marketing campaign setup, segmentation, and personalization

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with data management and marketing analytics

  • Understanding of email marketing and omnichannel campaign best practices

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Professional Certification or other Marketing Automation certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
